• REGISTRATION SUBMISSION will be made only online via the conference website / online system
• REGISTRATION PAYMENT will be made either by credit card or bank transfer. 
(in case of bank transfer, a receipt of the payment must be sent to the email esda2025@symvolil.gr).
*registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

*STUDENT REGISTRATION: Students can register using the student fee only if they provide a document that proves their student status by email at esda2025@symvolil.gr

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations made in writing to SYMVOLI | Conference & Cultural Management (esda2025@symvolil.gr) 
- until March 31, 2025, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- from April 1, 2025 the registration fee will not be refunded.
